We want your first sip to feel like pure self-love. If this is your first order and you’re not completely happy, just email us at hello@drinkxoxo.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your purchase.

Returns
We accept refund requests for first-time orders within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of our products (drinks), we do not typically require physical returns. Instead, once your request has been reviewed and approved, we’ll process a refund or offer a replacement.
To request a refund or report an issue, please contact us at hello@drinkxoxo.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the issue.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for photos to help us understand what happened. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange the best solution - whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund once it has been issued.
Replacements
If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, just let us know when you contact us and we’ll arrange this for you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer formal exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always work with you to find the best solution.
Subscriptions
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
If you cancel on the day of a scheduled delivery, the cancellation will apply from your next billing cycle.
